Fox Hornibrook has purchased Morarp Pty Limited, the owner of the original Styrocon technology.

 

Morarp is the holder of Styrocon Intellectual Property, including the Styrocon Trademark and Patent. The purchase will see Fox Hornibrook control the company board and take appropriate action to move the business forward.

 

Morarp was founded in 1990 and has licensed various companies to manufacture product and complete many projects using the Styrocon building material around the world.

 

Morarp will take action to consolidate its assets, remove non-perfoming contracts and analyse improvements to both the Styrocon technology and its manufacturing processes.
